Wait why does this have a shounen ai tag?
I think its bcs the author is uploading this into an official manga, with a publishing house and all, so to have better sales the publishing house probably told the author to use Shounen Ai. Or maybe not- maybe the author jsut doesn't want these two to end romantically, and just leaves tension in between them.
