This is my opinion, but I personally really don’t like the story. Tomoe is very annoying. And everyone is spreading rumors. The art looks kinda stiff too. But other than that its not bad.
I find Tomose's character to be rather enduring. She isn't like those female character in Shounen manga where they're base on one extreme to another. Like the tsundere, the timid type, the cheerful type, the clueless type, or a yandere. Personality wise, she's actually quite balanced. Which makes her normal. You don't get to see that too often in manga.
Rather, it's the male lead who's the extreme. He's very blunt, very straight forward, and very serious all the time.
Judging from the story, I'm willing to bet that the author is a female. But if the author is a guy, it would be quite interesting to read his manga in the future. For the characters of course.
