If you don't want spoilers, here it is: Karina Leopold is the second child to a count who has four children. Three of those children are a lot more talented and physically sicker than she is, so her parents and even staffs focus more on them instead. She started drawing and painting as a way to combat her loneliness, and she received the rare miracle to create things to life via drawings. But her health began declining because of this, and then she only had 1 yr left to live. Anyway, with spoilers: Karina unfortunately dies anyway. She's supposed to die in 1 yr but she does get a chance to live 5 yrs more because of everyone's effort to prolong her life. But the author really wanted to stick to the name of the title because we rarely get honest titles in rofans. But it's not entirely tragic—Karina dies but she leaves behind lots of gifts and love for her fiance/husband and her child :)
