I wanted to reread this one bl manga I stumbled upon a while ago and can’t remember the name. It starts off with the MC (bottom) walking into his apartment to see his boyfriend cheating on him with another guy. That other guy had a boyfriend too which is the ML (top). The ML then took the mc as a substitute or something which started their relationship. I think the ML caught them cheating too?? The ML was also a doctor. The whole thing is in black and white.
