I think unlike many other reencarnation stories, mc istill has child brain with old memories. Thats why he acts like child. And just because he went to deliquent school doesnt mean he is 'masculine boy'. Boys can be cute too especially if they are allowed to be. And his brother is also femboy so yeah.

NO. He didnt change because he is still child in chapter 66 lol. We didnt see him in teenage years yet. But considering how this story is more focused on fluffy slice of life instead of drama, i think mc will still have bubble personality even as teenager or even adult because its comedy manga.
I really wish story to gets serious and darker but i dont think it will, at least for now.
