so i've just started reading this (ch 5) and i don't understand how acting like the canaria from the novel is going to prevent her death... she was killed in the novel because she conspired against him so now she's going to prevent her death by doing exactly that... how is that going to work?? I think i missed something and it's bothering me ahahahahah
Look girl, if she pretends to be on the empress side she can receive bennefits and acquire information to help his husband, tho she's actually on her husband side and she specifies "I'm your wife, I'll always be by your side", she told that to prevent in the future her death.
She's not really by her husband or the empress side, she´s by HER side.
She lied to the empress obviously because she didn't like the previous maids chosen by the empress, (they are rude) so in order to change the maids, she wooed the empress.
But now she’s starting to get on my nerves... girl is that tea business your only personality trait or what?
