Here’s the mismatch: you were talking about clues from the earlier chapters and saying it was already inferable back then. I read it as you talking about the later chapters, where the backstory is clearly shown. That’s the misunderstanding. Timing, not attention.
What made it ugly was the tone. Instead of clarifying, you fired back with “are you alone?” and then dropped a random “-chan” like you thought you were being cute. You weren’t. That was just condescending.
Confidence doesn’t substitute for clarity. Say what you mean next time and drop the theatrics.
