It's a combination of everything that had transpired recently: being attacked by her psycho brother, seeing Won getting hurt for her sake, meeting Sumim once more, finding out her mother really loved her and never intended to abandon her and lastly a really meaningful sex with the one she likes. Who can blame her for letting out this overwhelming emotions she had bottled up all this time.
honestly i think the sex was more of a way for her to be able to feel something instead of being numb i mean come on think about it she had her nut job brother try and kill her she found out a ton of info about her mother she did not know and everything else added in that has gone down in the last lets say 20 chapters it would be a shocker to just about anybody if she did not need some form of outlet and sex as many of us know is a great way to burn off some stress or frustration however the crying scene i think was just part of her realizing she has been hurt in more ways than she originally thought and lets face it she did tell won she could be rough with her so all in all to me i think she is going out of her way right now to hurt herself as a way of being able to FEEL
