Guys, why is nobody mentioning the absurd pacing we barely get like any basic info about the characters in the first 10 chapters. It all happens so fast I feel like i’m genuinely missing 10 chapters
It was originally meant to be a short story with around 10 chapters but then the author added a second season, that might be why

I wouldn't say he becomes a different person, I would say he learns the hard way, and he tries to do better, and the guilt eats him alive

Yeah i’m on chapter 70 something, it gets slightly better but the author has a very weird way of writing morally grey characters. What he did basically has no possibility of redemption whatsoever, I do get his thought process in some way. But certain things are just very extreme and the author’s way of handling it is like childish? Almost? With humor and handfull of hope that his looks will save him or some shit
