What a journey! Probably my first ever comment, reading this compelled me to write one. Thankfully I read it after it’s completed. I love how flawed the characters were to start with, and how much they grow to understand each other and most importantly their own feelings. Shows how one’s background really shapes their worldviews/perceptions of others. This is a story that really focuses on the two protagonists, their life journey filled with so much angst, guilt, misplaced hatred, ridiculous misunderstandings to finding forgiveness, reason to live, to love, to communicate better and to appreciate the smallest form of blessings. I am absolutely happy they get the ending they most definitely deserved! Whew! There goes a box of tissues!
