i’m equally annoyed with juyeol and taeyang. juyeol was already abusive and controlling back in college, and the funniest part? they weren’t even dating. like, even i’d assume we were together if someone acted like that toward me. and then there’s taeyang. bro, you got hurt by this man and still went back for seconds? you’re pushing 30 and still have zero self-respect? are you a masochist? yes, i know he’s the victim, but watching him make the same choices over and over is genuinely frustrating. and that whole revenge plot? what a joke. he literally deleted the plan instead of hitting send. one click. just one fucking click. all that buildup for nothing. it really does take two to tango. juyeol screwed him over, and taeyang still chose to go back. i’m more pissed about all that effort he put into hating juyeol just to fold in the end. harim is the only one i actually like at this point lol. genuinely, i don’t know how much longer i can tolerate these two idiots before i drop this.
Genuinely,...what's keeping you from dropping it? Why did you keep reading it if you didn't like the characters? If you've only read to chapter 30, you won't see how the seme developed as a character and actually apologized for his actions. I get you didn't like their personality, but you could easily drop it. If you don't like something just stop reading it
girl, i know i can drop it lol. that’s literally not the point. i’m talking about the story and the characters, not forcing you to agree with me. and no, the seme changing a little and saying sorry doesn’t automatically equal character development. my issue is how the story seems to go back to the same old formula where the ml hurts the mc, then changes just enough for the mc to suddenly fold and make everything he went through feel irrelevant. people can change, obviously, but that doesn’t erase the damage they caused. saying sorry 500 times doesn’t magically undo it either. it’s honestly tiring when a character has to hurt someone just to realize they love them. what a concept lol. and yes, i kept reading because i explore different kinds of stories. i’m not gonna stick to one genre just because i might dislike some of them. that’s literally how you figure out what works for you. authors are obviously gonna get different opinions from different readers. you’re free to disagree, but why are you questioning me for having an opinion you don’t share? i’m criticizing the story, not attacking the author or anyone who likes it.

But Thank you for pointing out what's troubling you about the store and the whole issue woth the ml, i agree with everything you've said ml is so bad he never experienced love even family love is too much for him because of how toxic his family was and still are. that way he didn't appreciate mc for the way he tried fighting everything to accept his love and time, but sadly the ml wasn't as good as he thought he was and only thought of him as a fuckbuddy yeah that ofc suck for him i understand that. But i think he was too lonley to even consider dumbing the ml he loved sincerely to the point he was forced to break his relationship with his college friends. Ml is a such an obsessed freak, he expects from everything he's done that it'll be okay for mc to return to him... The Audacity of him genuinely makes me sick.

genuinely, i’d never wish for someone like ruan. getting so carried away by your own emotions that you forget everyone around you. he’s clearly not mentally stable, and honestly, he’s suffocating af. toxic as hell, too.
well, yeah, this is exactly what happens when a kid gets failed by their own parents. i genuinely can’t stand ruan’s parents. they barely parented him, yet herdic somehow did a better job than his actual parents, who were too busy favoring his sibling instead of treating them fairly. that’s so toxic because ruan clearly carried that shit with him that he ended up dragging cloden into it too.
i genuinely have no idea what the author’s thought process was here. the plot is packed with so many pointless events that every chapter feels less like storytelling and more like a ragebait challenge. i swear, this series had real potential at the start, but that’s completely gone now. it also falls into the same trap as a lot of bl manhwas these days. instead of writing a well-developed story with actual logic behind it, they create an absurdly red-flag character and expect readers to forgive everything because of some tragic backstory. apparently, trauma is now a universal coupon for every terrible thing a character does. it’s lazy, overused, and at this point, not even remotely convincing anymore.
as someone who’s scared of blood, this was already hard to read. the moment i saw it, i started panicking like i was about to pass out. like seriously, nope. i can’t even look at it properly without freaking out.

please omggg this story is seriously TOO damn good. every chapter has me fed and invested lol. the plot is actually insane, and gangster quinton? yeah, I’M SEATED. i’m also hoping yohan gets a different love interest, preferably an alpha too if the author’s open to it, so he’s not getting left out. and i NEED to know what happened to the og quinton because that plot twist was so unexpected. rooting for the black dragon gang fr.
I am so invested in og quinton drama. But since the 2 quinton's are in seperate worlds it would be hard to tie the two stories together in one narative. I think Other Quinton should get a full spinoff story. Theres certainly enough plot to make a full story; he gotta bluff his way into being a gangster, figure out who tried to kill Gangster Quinton (since he wouldnt know), and figure out why Gangster Quinton's BFF shot him in the face. Maybe Murder BFF can be the new ML since i thought he was suspiciously hot for one-off side character.
Yohan can just be a side couple in the main story tho
