It's not like I want Jinwoo to be single forever, but the FL doesn't really give a special impression on me. Believe me, this is one of my top stories that I've read, but guess now it isn't. Sorry, but I'm dropping it because the romance ruined it ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I get you have your preferences so I won’t stop you but I heard the romance mainly hits near the end and the end isn’t really that close yet so maybe it would be okay if you hold on till then since the action in this manga is really good. I also sort of agree with the FL thingy. I don’t have the choice to choose or judge since I’m not the author but I feel like she doesn’t really match his over all personality and they aren’t really that close. Yes he does meet her in a few scenes but I feel like him choosing to meet her when he feels that it might be his last moments or what ever he was saying when he was looking at his phone is a bit much. He chose her which I’m a tad bit confused about this since he is a lot closer to his family and vice leader of his guild than her. Not saying she is someone bad or someone I dislike it’s just that she doesn’t really seem like good love interests. Not being rude or mean by the way just my personal opinion. I feel like him meeting someone when he is a bit older and when the conflict starts to calm down a bit would suite this type of plot more. It would be interesting for him to meet someone that isn’t really as strong as him or an S rank hunter. Honestly I’m not a big fan of romance in action mangas since I normally read them for romance and romance mangas for romance. Sorry for ranting and going off. If anyone has any other opinions about this matter I would be glad to hear it

That's actually true, I don't hate her or anything but the Author just never really showed us how they got to know each other or how their relationship progressed up until this point. Even in the novel it isn't written it's as if Jin Woo suddenly just fell for her all of a sudden I mean she wasn't even mentioned in a lot of chapters even in the novel but suddenly just BOOM!! there's a romantic scene between the two of them like no offence to the Author who wrote this I like his writing styles but they shouldn't push it, The Novel is good with or without romance like he can have it maybe after the war or the fighting or maybe in the side stories, Showing us more of the FL's personality, Characteristics, Background story, Like just overall letting us readers know who the FL is because to tell you the truth I didn't even remember the FL's name until it's mentioned or something because I get the familiarity when it's mentioned, Like even just her favourite food? Favourite color? Like any kind of information that will make us feel closer and more familiar with the FL, To make us readers know that we know who our ML's Lover is, But no... It wasn't really shown

And then out of nowhere, he wants to go to date. I also agree that this kind of development would be better after the situation is start to calm down. I don’t really feel a connection with her and since we’ve been with the MC throughout the story it’s strange for us to see him get together with a girl that we don’t know much about. It feels a bit forced. Maybe the author wanted romance in the manga but just didn’t know how to put it in

Yup! I was surprised when he decided to go on a date with someone that he wasn’t really that close with. It also didn’t seem like he visited his family much so I was hoping to see a nice wholesome chapter with the family together. Having the relationship develop after everything calms down would be a lot better. But like you said it was also a bit rushed in the novel so I don’t think it would be any different in the manga
