Nah thats legit what happened he used his spirits flames to burn her hands thats why the scars cant be healed and disgusted by that his spirit cut the contract he is using the sons spirit (has the son use his spirit for him) in public but because that burning incident scared her thats why her spirit isn't showing up because it thinks she fears fire but thats wrong she is scared of her father and when she sees fire that's reminds her of him they find that out and her spirit reveals it self to her
