My honest theory is that Pudding is the girl with 3 eyes because they paid alot of attention to her as if she would be of importance in the future. Lola and probably Bonney are her sisters. I heard that in the original translation it's said Pudding is 3rd doughter. Also the bounty for the castle man is 300,000 beli. But im not 100% sure about these information as I cant read Japanese its just something I watched on youtube.

I think he must be part of some tenryuubito family because they are the only ones who would have this kind of power to announce pirat to be wanted alive only. Even princess Vivi had to hide the fact that she had anythinng to do with the straw hat pirates .. and Sanjii is officialy one of their crew member so if he would be some random prince there would surely be no problem to kill him.
Or my second opinion but im sure its not possible because of the bond they have with each other but I just tought of it that maybe .... - Sanjii is a traitor and is secretly working for the marines thats why hes wanted alive only.
My third quess is that he knows/posses some secret very important information thats why they dont want to kill him.
Or maybe he comes from some kind of clan where their blood have some special power and everyone else died except for him so thats why they want him alive haha xd but i prefer my first version... i hope he is a son of some tenryuubito xd that would be the most interesting from all my options xd

True they didnt want Doflamingo and his family back but its because their father resign from being tenryuubito. Maybe Sanjiis circumstances were different. He could have been kindapped when he was small
Or his familly was the most important in the Tenryuubito and they had plans for his life but he had different ambitions such as to become the best chief and as we all know Tenryuubito had slaves so he couldnt do it and ran away. But his father maybe want to force him in doing what he says so.

But they were all traitors because they didnt want anything to happend to their friends, so its possible that Sanji may betray them cause he will hope that this way he could save them ... dunno but Oda senseis style is for mugiwara crew to betray each other in the name of friendship xd haha so we can expect anything.

Im 99% sure that Natsu is Zerefs most powerful demon END. The brocolli guy said that Igneel was fighting END but decided not to kill him and that would make sens how Natsu meet Igneel. Also why they never showed us how END looks like. Plus Natsu is Zerefs brother and he created Natsu to kill him and always says that only Natsu can do it. There is probably a seel on Natsus power END.

I doubt Natsu is a demon since he uses actual magic and not curses like the demons, also Natsu is Zeref's brother or at least the clone of his brother.
I think that in chapter 436 (the one about Zeref's memories) it's said somewhere that Zeref kept his brother child's body in order to bring him back to life (Natsu was inside a glass container or something). So, as Zeref himself, Natsu was human formerly. After Zeref got cursed and started to create 'weapons' that could kill him later he must have made some alterations on Natsu's original body and pretty much accomplished what he wanted: his brother revival if you think about it. Maybe not the way he wanted since Natsu doesn't have any memories of Zeref as his brother and also that he was able to grow up. I think is (not so much) obvious to presume that those memories are inside END's book. THEN, maybe when he brings back his little brother, the 'demonic' part went out of control and that's when Igneel became involved with him, to try stop him and the rest of the story we already know how it goes.
