Juvia probably still feels guilty about being the one who killed Grey's father and feels tjat she no longer deserves to be with Grey
I don't about Grey, if he doesn't mind nor blame her or if he blames her for it. But that likely the reason.
I think this manga is good but if the author skipped back to the other people that were done with their fights or have not started their fights it would have been more popular, since I feel like he keeps on drawing the fighting scenes only and doesn't include scenes where it shows the other characters, just sayin'
