The best thing I can suggest is to not tell your mother until you feel more stable about the situation as if she reacts badly it could send you over the edge, but tell a TRUSTED adult. If you have solid undeniable proof tell the police, but otherwise than that it might be best to vent it out until you’ve processed the trauma better. 1 reply
