I somehow agree with the comments that the main story is really good and happy but I kinda like the side stories too since it somehow shows their background stories and struggles which I think necessary since we haven't seen much on the main story due to very limited chapter, this just made it more realistic so I still like it.

I'm not really a fan of bloody yaoi type but this is so good that I finished it until the latest chapter. I hope Dante will not think about being killed anymore and he will soon fall in love with the doctor as well and chose to just live happily together.
