Probably just deep bodies of water like pool or ocean. But he didn't literally fear any form of water

Yeah, im also questioning this. There was no need to make that kind of mistake in the plot. Maybe in the past traumatic moment, they could have put him with the tub filled to the brim and under water trying to stay there to not listen to the angry voice ...or something like that...Then it would have made sense that he fears a pool, but again maybe they will show a more logical reason later, cuz rigg now it seems like bullshit
