    if we mean the same manga, they are students in a School for witches or mages and the seme is the best Student there while the uke is "clumsy" and not so brilliant.
    the seme pretents do cast an love spell on the uke who belives it but at the end ist revealed that there never had been a spell.

    i dont remember the name but perhaps it will help u find the manga

does anyone remember a manga that had a spoiled pretty boy that was ignored by his first love(⊙…⊙ ), and when his first love doesn't remember him he wants revenge ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ, the revenge was for the main character was to accept his first loves confession and then dump himΣ( ￣□￣||) then when the first love finds out about the revenge plan the main character had fallen in love again and for got about the original planლ(´ڡ`ლ)
