It's about the bottom who has eating disorder or he's traumatized to eat 'cz smthing in his past. And then the top is concerned about him and offer the bottom his cookings, then surprisingly the bottom could enjoy his cookings. In the end (very last pannel) it was revealed that the top feeds the bottom his cutted nails as spices.
edit: the bottom and top met in the convenience store, since the top work there as a cashier and he observes that the bottom only buy light meal everyday, it naturally makes him concerned :>
