there are legal and illegal loans. legal loans makes you pay in installments monthly or however your contract says. if you dont make payments due date, the sum increases, you go to court and you can be left without your home, car, everything. but that's a very extreme outcome. legal loans will usually measure how much they could give based on your income and financial status.
illegal loans... they don't ask questions. they will give loans to anyone except homeless lol. they can't take anything from you since that would be theft, so the only thing they have is intimidation. they will target everyone close to you to make you pay up. to make matters worse, they will purposefully be nice, give you big cash no strings attached, make you feel relaxed until the interest increases.
