I am very skeptical about the art change around these chapters. At some point, i could feel the art style improving around the 20s chapters, but for some reason the artist felt like changing their design altogether and it really messes up with the story telling, especially since ML personality is supposed to be cold and silent with short hair, but the new ML design is more expressive has longer hair with wavy design. The design just looks so off with his supposed personality. Furthermore, MC looks more like a child. What's up with that? Bigger eyes and smaller frame too.
Did the artist change??? I really really really liked their old design and i hope it comes back
it's just so funny to me how the artist is practically doing gymnastics to avoid showing the dihh for censorship
The artstyle is so DIVINE and the way the storytelling telling unfolds is incredibly captivating that I can tell i already have a new ongoing favorite coming uppppp.
Big hopee for this one so PLS DONT SCREW UP WITH UNNECESSARY BS
Hold on wait wait!!! THEY WERE JUST LOVEY DOVEY THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER??? How come the next chapter feels so sudden with that uncalled for cut?? no aftercare scene?? no morning snuggles at least and then just announcing they GOT married??? IS THIS EVEN A ROMANCE MANWHA ATP????
I'm currently in Chapter 16 and I can definitely say, if I was Freya, the ML, or the sister, I would also be definitely be pissed at Ruby for acting like that too. I understand she's acting, but the way she does it makes it seem like she's scheming her way into the family for malicious purposes. I don't mind the airhead act since it's funny, but there are certain moments she acts more like a pick-me and it evokes a visceral reaction out of me.
Anyhow, it's still tolerable (in my opinion only) but I hope it gets better
Su-ah's raging penis and Juhyeok's erotic body is making me feel crazy HELP
I really like how the story progressed. Usually, I'm peeved by the problematic age gap + growing up together trope since there's a thin line between grooming and incestuous themes that some stories fail to handle (*cough, im looking at u dawn of the dragon), but I think the story progression on this one was gracefully depicted.
Also, there's only 5 years of age gap so it isn't that bad. Jiwan was never interested in taeyang when he was a kid and just genuinely saw him as a little brother. As for high school Taeyang having a little crush on someone a bit older, I'd say we all go through that realistic phase at some point (what's important is the older one doesn't encourage it at tht age).
I do say that I empathize with Jiwan's internalized homophobia due to the abuse he suffered, which is why he's so prone to running away so he wouldn't hurt Tae. Him having a child is definitely an interesting plot point to live a "normal" het life.
Also, really gorgeous art! Tae's face is definitely right up my alley and i really like the passion in their intimate scenes. I was thinking of dirtiest high artstyle when i read this and didn't even realize they had the same artist!
Overall, i really liked reading this and i hope u give it a chance and not giving into the other comments of it being problematic. Crushes have existed since the beginning of known history.
I'm still on chapter 8 and I'd just like to say I cringed so hard when ML called her "You're such a handful" coz huhhh???? You can only say those lines when you've had enough troublesome interactions with Karina where you're left to deal with the consequences of her actions ughhhh. I think it's still a bit early for him to be that close to her urghhhh im griping.
MC in the running for the biggest bird. If ya'll turn your brains off and shut off the morals for this manwha, it can still be interesting.
But big brother for the win!!!!
He BARELY had any chemistry with Carson during the whole thing. Heck, his limited interactions with the knight Cedric had more intimacy than majority of his scenes together with Carson, let alone Kael who already loved him for a long time time and was beside him all those years.
I'm not saying he should 't have chosen Carson, but IT FEELS FORCED. I can't feel the spark factor between them.
A lot of convenient plot holes that makes me forget this was a fantasy setting since magic was BARELY used from the start.
Had a lot of potential and disappointed by the storytelling.
At first, I was happy because I thought the god came back so I was confused with all the sad comments. Then I went back and realized there was NO ONE BEHIND HIM when his sleeve was tugged.
WTF MAN? At least tell me the god can visit him from time to time??????
Seon-woo has an ordinary life with an okay job in an okay company. There’s only one thing that...
- Author: Moscareto , 모스카레토, okdong
- Genres: Webtoons / Yaoi / Adult
Don't read this if you don't like half-baked plots with inconsistencies. The manwha does a really bad job at storytelling and the way they revealed the plot twist is awful and barely understandable. It feels like a cheap knock-off of ORV, and it barely even does justice as an imitation since everything felt rushed. I don't mind if it wanted to copy since I'm a fan too, but they should've at least done a good job with the story??? like, even the little beast felt like it was only there for decoration, basically USELESS and a just a random creature introduced for sidekick vibes.
It had a lot of potential and the writing screwed it up.
Don't even get me started on how manipulatively annoying ML was in the beginning.
welp, it's a shut off your brain manwha so dont expect much
This is why this manwha is filed under my BL folder.
Kang Jun is extremely self-aware that he currently likes the evil psycho Yohan, and he knows that unless something is done about that first, he can't break free from Yohan. Not to mention, his safety is at risk when he's with him.
To get away from Yohan, Kang Jun needs to stop liking him first and redirect his affections elsewhere, which would be Jahyeon.
Honestly? This is really one of the best options he has right now because the alternative would be getting bullied again with new sets of injuries.
Kang Jun had never positioned himself as a saint from the beginning. He's just making the best of the situation where he can come out with the most survival chances.
Not worst story out there, but not the best either. Hmm. It's a 50/50 in my book because it's such a roller coaster of ups and downs. It had so much potential plotwise if the author took the time to outline everything properly, and it had a good dose of comedy too. But it had a pretty bad pacing and storytelling that it sometimes feel like there are panels or chapters missing in between.
We didn't even get an explanation that if the time was turned back, WHY ARE THE CHARACTERS OLDER? The pink hair girl was a kid before the time turned back, but in this life she's a grown up?
So it begs the question: Was the time really turned back? Or was MC sent back to a different timeline with the current characters being older? If yes, how exactly is that rewinding the time???
So many unanswered questions
This is a red flag done well. They are dangerous to OTHERS. But (relatively?) good to the ones they love.
