It's so absurd that ml is acting like some sort of victim ! Like dude I were the one who pushed him away, created clear boundaries in your relationship and didn't want any emotional involvement! Mc just protected his own feelings, before it gets out the hand, he backed off.

I started reading this after seeing one or two comments and they said it's really good ! But hell to it ! Plot is okay, it was going good cuz mc was written well, but till I witnessed something awful!
Ml, punished mc by making him give him head for hours ! Why ? He already knows that baek guy and probably know that he assualted mc when he was just a kid !

Yeah tbh I saw a comment warning about how coercive the ML is but I didn't expect such behaviour to apply to a majority of the story. I did manage to read the whole thing in the end but it was disgusting to read how the ML treats the MC (until the turning point which happens only near the end of the story). I get that the story covers complex personalities and there's a lot of history behind the ML's and MC's situation that results in a love-hate relationship.

Well when they were dating as a teenager Ashleyâs father didnât approve them. He said Koi is a mutt. That he didnât had Ashley to
Mate with a poor mutt (They thought Koi was a Beta back then) but Ashley loves Koi nonetheless regardless of his gender and his traits. So Ashleyâs father separated them. He locked Ashley in the basement for 3 days and nights. After Ashley got out he talked to Koi and they decided to elope and get married once they are of legal age.
Koi said to wait for him at the train station but Koi never showed up. He just called Ashley and said that his abusive father who beats Koi to pulp was diagnosed with cancer and his days was numbered. Months later Ashley came back differently and asked Koi of his reason and asked Koi to come with him in the East Coast but Koi couldnât leave his dying father so in the eand he still choose his abusive father over Ashley. And told Ashley that he has everything but his father only has him. Thwt broke Ashleyâs heart because in their house he never thought he owned any of it not even his parents and in his heart the only person whoâs truly his was Koi but then Koi sees him as a person who has everything. So Ashley broke up with Koi.
They got separated for 10 years. Koi saved up money to fly to the East Coast to chase after Ashley. He was still in love with Ashley and wanted to get him back so yeah he saves up and move to the East Coast. What he didnât know was in that 10 years Ashley was destroying himself out of his hatred for Koi. He hated Koi but he canât bring himself to hurt him for revenge so he hurt himself instead. So they got back together but Ashley has a severe PTSD of their separation from that time. Whenever heâs in the trans of pheromones poisoning his mind always comeback to that time at the train station. (IT WAS ACTUALLY HEART BREAKING READING THAT PART. I LITERALLY CRIED) Well Koi confronted him and Ashley was like,â I canât trust you, youâll leave me again once someone more pitiful than me shows up. I have to be broken so you wonât leave me. Even pity is ok.â
Ashley just builds those villas but he never really locked Koi there. Koi is also aware of his trauma so he just let Ashley.

Cuz no, he doesn't make everything about himself, but he has a low self esteem, he goes on protective mode instantly, his coping mechanism is different from hangun. And obviously won had it much worse, cuz he wasn't just a victim to circumstances but he was victim to very traumatizing domestic violence by his own father. Both of them cope with their trauma's differently, and it's hangun who chooses to put won over anything, because he capable and he loves him, he does it because he wants to. Both of them love eo deeply. So don't walk over someone's trauma !
