I started smoking at 14. I wish I could beat sense into my teenage self. I really want to quit its so hard to. Im out of breath a lot . I need a couple surgeries in my foot due to dead bone, can't cause I smoke and circulation is bad to extremities. It's aged me quickly and messed up my teeth.
