Yuureitou isn't BL but there's some subtext (and other LGBTQ+ rep). It just has an amazing plot overall and I highly recommend it. And I know some other manga with transguys and/or boy × transgirl couples if you're interested. You can also check out Tapas.com/the Tapas app, it has a pretty diverse selection of webcomics. It's sad that we don't get a lot of rep, but that just makes the few you find even better.
