From what i know you just need to upload the chapter. But make sure you're not uploading over someone who is already doing the job. Also once the official translation starts catching up you'll have to drop you uploads.
I upload with both my accounts and never to get approved, unless that changed recently and i don't know. Just click upload a chapter.
