Is this worth the read? I don’t really like plots driven by misunderstandings that could resolve itself by a simple conversation. I can overlook it if they settle any miscommunication issues within the first 20-30 chapters

The most notable thing is the ML's cousin being the bitch's fiance. In the novel, he was a whole different character from the ML's cousin.
The whole brooch party and fountain scenes are missing. Even their first kiss because he was drugged by his cousin, is missing. And the Edgar's love is missing too
For ex. Harriet’s dad actually left her behind a house and some land that her uncle discovered while she was in the convent. He tried to visit her shortly after he disowned her to convince her to transfer ownership rights to him. In the manhwa, they omitted that entirely or perhaps will add it in future chapters. This is one example of many

Ive even seen similar plot like the bug in some other manwha. I think it's a cheap way to push the story forward.
The original story was full of events that could have been narrated in the manhwa. But the author decided to ignore all of them and kept inventing the story.

The fl is a vile human being; can’t think of an another character in the story who deserved to die more than her in the first life. To think she admitted she doesn’t feel sorry for the past, probably justifying her heinous crimes on the grounds of her twisted affection for her brother - yet she got a do-over?! Even the ML is a simping hypocrite, fawning after someone whose actions undermined his progressive ideals. You can’t convince me his feelings for this bro-con psycho extend beyond her looks
