This shaped me into a new human. Although it IS mature and dark-themed, it is a BEAUTIFUL story, with GORGEOUS art, and character depth surrounding drug abuse and mental health, as well as manipulation/sexual abuse. Other than like...two scenes (which, again, this goes over darker themes, so they were intoxicated), this is a green flag couple who talk through everything at the end. SO CUTE! I definitely recommend to anyone who is checking to see if this is worth it, who likes story-depth and character building rather than just fluff and smut. This rearranged the chemicals in my brain. Worth it !! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I reached the side story and I cannot continue at all. Can someone let me know if it gets better (honestly there is NO redemption for the doctor), and PLEASE tell me the brother doesn't act on his incest thoughts. I really liked the first couple, but I will not be continuing if it does happen to be pure incest. That is a red-flag for me, completely.
He sadly does act on incest thoughts but stops mid-way bc he's brother is telling him to stop. When he was vulnerable the brother took advantage of that. The doctor does end up confessing about how he has this worry of him leaving him and regretting every saying things like "I want to get married" or like regret loving him. He was t honest about his feelings(which was pathetic).
This is kind of mid, but depends on what you like to read. The slow burn was understandable but also just really frustrating, the communication was lacking most of the time, and they mentioned the redheads family only to never visit that idea ever again, or explain what happened. Felt like a useless plot-line. Also, just for anyone who is into this kind of thing: Sangwoo very much gives off neurodivergent vibes (mostly autism, and they even stated they've tested for OCD), but they were SO insistent throughout the whole thing to say things like "he's normal" and write it off. If something like this was explored, it could have made the slow burn a whole lot better. Personally irked me but its not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
TLDR; the plot is mid, but if you want a mindless read, go for it!! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I think I'm going to make this clear in my response; I had just stated that it wasn't my cup of tea. I am a writer myself and just saw a few potholes that irked me personally, and I never said this was a red-flag. I have nothing against gren-flags, and in fact, I loved this, relationship wise!! I looking purely at the plot, not the relationship. I had no negative things to say, I was just talking about plot-working, so I'm unsure why everyone is so defensive?? Also, do not call me a girl. I'm a dude. So. I don't know why you're all twisting your own panties. I never had any ill intent.
I'm sorry if this offended anyone, this was just my personal opinion.( ̄∇ ̄")

I was SO looking forward to reading this because I heard of "Miss Korea" (whatever that means, because this didn't even happen??), but the entire thing just flopped. I could've seen things as really wholesome, but of course, with mafia-backstories, that is "impossible" (I believe this was also based off of something, so plot is limited ig). After chapter 42, I don't think any of the plot just gets redeemed, and those wondering if they should read it, this is your trigger warning: after chapter 41, all the characters ever do with each other is shoot each other with guns, indulge in violence, drug each other, and MC gets raped constantly. It is very loosely a romance, and is lust over pure love. There is no "dating", just brutal sex and there are scenes where the ML violently rapes MC so hard that there are streaks of blood. All in all...Vladimir was the best character in this whole manhwa. Everything else is a mess.
EXACTLY!!! not to mention instead of actively trying to figure out evidence and a clause for a case rhat coukd *potentially* ruin someone's life, he just decides to go on a vacation with his cute possessive alpha boyfriend!! (YES ik that Aeasar told him he'd share some.info but NOT MY POINT). Plus what lawyer would think it was ok to get shot 6 times and sexually a&saulted for a week straight?!?!?!? Do not insult korea but calling him miss korea dawg He dont even stay in korea I need to get out my slander I hate him so much I hate this stupid story so much
I think the whole point of battle royal is to shed light on lee won mentality and his very admittedly poor choice in men and questionable decisions he made earlier in the story, the guy is fucked up in the head, not as much as his boyfriend but well enough to match him lmao. Him being a lawyer means that he has some degree of moral compass and some brains, that’s it.
Other than that it’s purely aesthetics and excuses to dress him up in suits. That being said I still love Ms.korea

not to put my personal business out there, but I am a brother to a system (collective of people who live with DID) who doesn't have my bio sister as a host anymore. yuuma felt so relatable. I remember when I was 13 years old, doing my best to remember each and every alter, and understand their values to cherish them, too. And how, sometimes, it got confusing and overwhelming. I think the mangaka did an okay job with the portrayal, and even an accurate panel of what a switch looks like...though I couldn't enjoy the story because of how personal it felt, I definitely appreciate the work.
