Depends on the universe really. Every author just writes it however they like and prefer, so I wouldn't assume a single set of standards across all comics.

There are 6 Miller children. Nathaniel (his partner is the Beta lawyer Chrissy Jean), Grayson & Stacy(twins), Chase, Larian and Bliss. Of these Stacy and Larian are Female dominant Alphas. I don't know if the author will ever publish their stories as they haven't written any Yuri yet. And Bliss is a Dominant Omega (his story is currently ongoing). And Keith has, I think, 4 half brothers which, including him, were birthed by his omega parent Angel and the 5 dominant Alphas who bought and captured him. Their stories will be published soon too.

What we know it that Bliss is 17 when he was "send" to England, his pair Cassian is ~12 years older. Nathaniel is a year older than Cassian ( at least he is one year ahead in college), the twins (Grayson and Stacy) are younger than Cassian. Chase is younger than the twins, but between him and Bliss is Larien. My guess is that Chase is early 20th to 25. Josh is ~5 years ( the author probably changed it to 4, not sure) older than Chase.

His omega mom was an alcoholic.
Since he was a small child his mom hit him. When she was sober, she constanly beat him him up, was cruel to him. When she was drunk, she told him that she was sorry and that she loved him. This went on for years. When Dane mainfested as an ( dominant) omega, she totally lost it chocked him until he lost contiousness, when she thought that he was dead she hanged herself. When Dane woke up he found her. From her parents, who were deeply religious, he found out that she was raped by three alphas and he was the result of that rape. Those alphas claimed she was in heat etc. and got away with it and she was forced to have that child.
After her death Dane lived on his own.
Because of that Dane thinks that he can't love anyone and no one can love him, and he is allergic to the word love. He also takes too many risks while doing his job, he sooner or later would have ended up dead if he didn't run into Grayson, his only anchor in that past years was Darling.

Dane is Grayson's pair in "Desire me if you can". They started releasing the manhwa adaption, but until they reach the point where Dane tells his backstory it will take some time, that is still far away. So if you want to read it you have to go for the novel.
But if you read the english fan translations, you're going to see that the behaviour of drunk mom and sober mom are the other way round. The reason is that what I refered to is the revised version since this is now official, the other way round is from the release version, the old one.
The twelfe kids come from the novel "Lick me up if you can", I think after Koi saw a documentory in tv. And orginially Ashleys didn't want any children. He was ok with Nathaniel, to bind Koi to him ( but even of Nathaniel he got jealous...). And they compromised on three, but since child two and three where twins, Koi tried to make 3 pregnancy out of it and birth controle kind of failed and they didn't abort, so they ended up with 6.
