can this story work as a standalone? or do i have to read pearl boy first before this?
i wouldn’t say so. seunghyun is in it here and there and you know some surface-level stuff about him, but nothing too in-depth. and yuta isn’t in it at all. pearl boy itself is a great series though, so i’d still recommend it but in terms of whether or not it’s necessary to read before this, i personally don’t think so!
