GUYS I NEED HELP! DPD stole my package and i can’t get it back. my grandpa sent me something with dpd and it was supposed to arrive last week (monday& tuesday) but they missed me (it was 11am i was at school) so i called (Tuesday) and requested them to put it in a parcel shop so i can’t pick it up BUT THEY DIDNT i called AGAIN on Thursday l and they said it was sent back ¿ i gave it a try again on monday and they told me they wouldput it in the parcel shop by THURSDAY WHICH WAS YESTERDAY i got NO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER so I CALLD AGAIN and they told me it was SENT BACK i calld my grandpa and he told me he hadn’t received the parcel and that it might be lost
i can’t do much there bc we are in two different countries so i REALLY need advice or any help i can get to get my parcel back it’s very very important to me
