Before the website accidentally erased the want to read list I had a manhwa there. From what I remember the 2 main characters were students and the MC had a crush on his classmate, he'd sketch or write about him. Eventually one day the classmate found out when the MC left his notebook in class on accident. Ik it was definitely based off a novel and the cover had one of the characters leaning on some type of railing with a white coat/shirt. If it helps at the time there was only a chapter 0 and a post saying additional chapters will be posted once it gets official translations
