Its automatic. You'll notice a box just below will read/reading/done. If you don't untik it ur automatically subscribed when you add it in your list

i only get notification for 2 or 3 manhua when there is new chapter...how to get updates for all them that i added to the list
You need to subscribe to the manga itself to get notifications (status Now reading or Already read, then you select Subscribe).
