I mean, the conclusion was a little quick, but it makes sense because this story was centered around a huge pharmaceutical company, and the author will probably only do so much research on how it all is inside. Plus, what else is there to show after all of that? This story wasn't meant to be slice of life.
This manhwa was generic, but it was still a good read. I couldn't skip this title, and it was short read, so I didn't mind risking my time being wasted or not. I don't believe every story has to be a crazy unique story with the best plot writing and best character writing, and i feel like a lot of people have those high expectations whether they realize it or not, causing them to be disappointed. Of course, I am not saying don't want good writing, just don't try to expect it to be the most complex and deep thing ever. You can see what the author wanted to write, and I believe they executed it well.
The characters weren't too simple, but they weren't too complex. They all had unique personalities that I personally do not see as often. I mean yeah, similarities, but they didn't feel like copies. The art was pretty, especially the main character, so that also motivated me to keep reading. I expected a weird love triangle, but I am happy that it wasn't. "May the best brother win" and the win is the decision on what to do to the family and company going forward iykwim. I am also glad to see the J brother be sent to prison, might of not been for the SA, but he still received consequences for a lot of his actions, especially causing people to die. I really enjoyed Pilwoo's (idk if I'm spelling it right) yearning, and I liked his and mc's chemistry. He was a little odd at points, but it was okay. I think i was more invested in the family drama with the disease more than the bl aspect of it all, so I don't have too much to say on it. I will probably forget about this manhwa, but it was still not a bad read.
Holy yap, but I just want people to try to view things from the creator's perspective too, and try to make sure the story followed through with its goal. Might be a laid back story too, but it is a nice break from having to critical thinking so much and consume too much information, also having a ton of surging emotions.
