It may be due to that, yaoi manga has made you see differently gay relationships. You already have that image of two romantic and perfect looking guys and when you see it "irl" their face, bodies and such are not that perfect as you expected them to be. I believe it is normal, but for someone that has trouble separating reality from fiction.
