"Murmur" isn't exactly dark dark but it does have some more toxic themes initially that develop into something fluffier so maybe it could interest you or maybe not. It's one of my faves if not my fav honestly.
I'm going to start this other one called "moonlight garden" which is supposedly good too but I couldn't say for sure cause I haven't read it myself yet.
