Some people replied to the comment "He dresses her up, by the way" by saying "No, the mangaka is the one who designs her outfits". I’m not sure if the original line was meant as a remark related to gender like implying men can’t create good or stylish designs but people interpreted it that way. Then, to try and win the argument or prove their point, they started spreading the claim that the mangaka is actually a man.

Well, it doesn't matter. I read about this story on Instagram and I think I heard about "he dresses her to show everybody how beautiful she is".
Don't know, I read the whole thing so far and I think he gave her some shoes as a gift, they go shopping and she requests him to choose outfits for her.
Everybody can understand those facts the way they want, still it's not important. Doesn't matter the gender, or who dresses who, the mangaka really did a piece of art with all of those designs :D
