I kinda like how the ml isn't like all of a sudden madly in love w her. Yes, he's trash, but it kinda gives some personality in his character, you can't expect some1 to suddenly change the way that they are js because some random girl turn up to his life saying stuff like "I know you well even if you don't know me" typa shi, cus that's kinda creepy tbh. Anyway tho, I'm expecting a real yearning chasing arc, cus they're both dumb af. I hope gaon and the mc continues to be friends tho.

Tbh I don't think he's as bad as comments make him out to be (or maybe I'm just used to even trashier MLs) like I'm not defending what he's doing now but at the start he was plenty valid for acting how he did. I know I'd be defensive or even harsh if I felt like I was being stalked that way, especially by someone I met during the worst time of my life.
If we were watching this from his POV, or if Gaon was actually the FL, i think people would like him way more. He'd just be Siyun in anothout font
