Im really confused what's happening in the story Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
I think the monster gave Jarn half his heart to turn back time. So Jarn is sort of half monster, he’s made out of the monster’s heart.
Personal theory, time didn’t exactly turn back, they froze in time, so Duke and dog-like-politician, remember real world suffering. So they want to kill monster to unfreeze time, or something similar.

Back in 2021, if I'm not wrong Byeonduck (the author of POTN) special mentioned this site that caused it to crash for solid a month BASE ON WHAT I CAN REMEMBER. So the uploader probably deleted it then.

Not that I know of.. I heard there's a new site of bato, you could find it there. Also Mangabuddy but there might be lot of ads. Try searching <POTN CHAPTER 1> in chrome, and finger cross to find a full chapter of POTN !
