I love the banter between Lio and Pellio. Just binged to chapter 164 in like 2 days. I really like this one.
But I'm a sucker for angst. Can't help it. And I love a good redemption arc where a character actually suffers and changes. This ticks a lot of boxes for me. All that being said, that 2nd ML is pissing the right off
It's around a 7/10 for me. The translation was rough in some areas, especially in regards to time. The child is 8 years old; the translation often referred to his mother's pregnancy as being 'decades earlier' when I think the translator was going for 'a long time ago' and using the pregnancy to give context. The art was awkward in places - I got the impression the artist doesn't draw children often - but consistent and very cute. Story-wise this manwha could have benefitted from an extra 15 chapters or so.
It's nice to see an isekai story where the MC isn't omnipotent/omniscient. I like how Luci/Estelle has to learn to come to terms with her legacy. The skull thing, though... super creepy.
