Unfortunately mangago doesn't have an app or a way to download for offline reading. You can go to a site like yaoiotaku to download or get an app. I use to use Zingbox, which had mangago as a source

Aw sorry, I only use mangago now so it must have changed. I don't know any other apps with mangago but an app like that will let you download yaoi mangas if that's what your looking for

Tbh I am loyal user of mangago. But recently I want to give comix a shot cause of the reviews on everythingmoe. Mainly because of the comment feature and some other settings. But I’m quite unsure how fast and big their library is.
From what I've seen, they have a bunch of stuff of all genres that aren't on mangago
Personally I use both but comix is very up to date with most of its stuff

So I would just recommend using both for now until comix catches up

Honestly I have no idea, my guess is that they're taking the score ratings from another website to compare to them to the users ratings
If you go to the details of what you're reading it has an area about tracking, so I assume that's where it's getting the scores
