I kept putting this off over the years coz I can’t stomach love triangles, and I did hate it when MC slept with the other guy…. But having lived my own life, I don’t know whether to be glad or sad that I understand him completely, his actions and the emotions felt while everything was unraveling….. this is such a mature piece of work that I’m kind of glad I waited to read it as I know I wouldn’t have been able to see it in such a positive light if I had read it earlier…. Life experiences really change how you interpret things, and I’m quite in awe of how much this made me reflect on my own path in life and all the decisions I made… and it really reminded me of how fleeting life is and that I’m doing the best that I can to make myself happy; I’m so grateful to myself and the people that I have had the coincidence to meet in this billion human world. It truly feels kind of amazing to be where I am now.
