I genuinely hate this manhwa with every fiber of my being. Rape is not something to be romanticized or even normalized as people sadly have to experience it daily. If you actually like Jinx, I don’t care just block me please.
I gotta say i was really interested in the story (at the end atleast) and i was always so excited for the next episode, i get it tho, i like the manga tho i dont like jaekyung (ugly horse) but sadly many popular mangas do this (roses and champagne got lowk ruined)

To be honest, I kind of relate to this. I really liked the manhwa at first, but once Jaekyung began to be an asshole and did what he did, I dropped Jinx. I figured out the ending through the comments since I honesty do not want to pick up where I left off. I should also reword what I said originally; I only wanted people who liked Jinx and dismissed the rape/glorified it to block me since I find people like that weird. Just because Jaekyung simply asks for consent and apologizes doesn’t change what he did. (this isn’t hate directed towards you though)
y’know I’m not normalizing rape, but I still think Roses and Champagne is still better than ts. I think what makes me hate this one sm is the power dynamic between the leads are so f ing screwed from the start (that’s why I really dislike this kind of storyline with the toxic rich ML x poor MC kinda trope). IT’S SO IMBALANCED ALR.

I’ve never really read Roses and Champagne, so I can’t comment on it, but I agree with you. I actually despise Jinx mainly because of the power dynamic. Kim Dan was clearly in a bad situation as he was basically living in poverty, but it’s not like Jaekyung made his life any better when they met. I kind of feel like it was destined to twist into something screwed up from the start, and I also dislike this dynamic a lot. I’ll probably read Roses and Champagne today though.
