Okay so yeah, ML does "cheat" on MC (idk if theyre dating at this point i deadahh didn't read the other chapters) with a man in glasses. The last panels are ML and Glasses folding sheets and throwing condoms away where the Glasses asks to "do it again" IMPLYING they had sex together. The next chapter (14) ML get's confronted by a junior (who I assume is close to MC) and tells him to stop playing with the MC as the MC stumbles upon the interaction without knowing.
