Maybe you should get a blood test that will give you the levels of your hormones. If you have an increased appetite where you eat a meal and you may be full for a while like 15 minutes but are hungry again maybe your levels are off. I would suggest getting your thyroid hormones tested I got mine tested and it turned out my thyroid was working too s......   reply
