whats icky in manwhas is when female characters are portrayed as villains getting in the way of the ship of the fujoshi best friend. idk which is worse. Most of these authors are women but dont know how to write women characters because their minds are full of gay men and fetishes they can incorporate into their works. And the readers commenting on the women or complaining about her getting in the way of the couple, like trust me nobody wants to get in the way of those musty fags. They can never just write a normal female side character without making her an annoying bitch. And the fujoshi personality for some of the female characters are self inserts like who invited bro *insert laughing emoji*

i always see bitches talking about how they hate yaoi becoming mainstream and genuinely, they need to stfu. yaoi has never been niche. its so obvious they think being a foid is cool.
