there's this one bl i think i read where it was pretty much a pornwha with a couple of chapters where the mc had some app thing where he could brainwash people and i think you can guess what he did with that but in the last chapter they all retrieve their memories and kidnap the mc or smth.. but does anyone know the name?

Some authors really should just let their series go after ending them, there is sometimes literally 0 need for a sequel or even side stories. I understand it's to get more money, but like, can't you just make a new story instead of ruining the original premise or character-assassinating the cast of your work?
