Yes, after Xinlu gets treated, this happens. The novel also explains it really well, and the events happen at the same time. In Raga, it doesn’t focus on that, since it’s Yuri’s perspective, so we don’t know Xinlu’s thoughts.

I don’t think this is a considered a spoiler, but heads up, xinlu absolutely hated yuri in the beginning, xinlus older brother asked yuri to work for xinlu and take care of him. I highly recommend the novel, I loved Raga so much compared to passion, I reread it annually lol
