So, here’s the plot from what I remember. The main character is a girl. She along with the main guy character (let’s call him J) are in love with a third guy. They start off as rivals but soon become friends. One day the girl decides to confess to her crush but gets rejected. So, she meets up with J and tells him how her confession went. At this point of the story, J has moved on with his love for the guy they had a crush on and when he sees her face in tears, he comforts her. As he does this he realizes that he is starting to like her. After this, they continue as friends and she starts to move on, but J’s feeling grow. From here I think there is a rival in their way which makes J confess to her. I believe she eventually falls for him as well and they start dating.
Anyway, from what I remember, the story was REALLYYYYY cute and the character development was great. I loved all of the characters because they were all so gooood. I really want to reread it but can’t remember the name of the manga. Plz helpppp!

Could be “Tied up in Twins”
I don't think so, the girl in that manhwa was annoying, and wasn't even the main, just a side character.
Just from the name I don’t think this is it. The two guys in the story weren’t twins. I also remember the story being a old styled manga, not manhwa so this story wouldn’t work. However, thx for helping me! (●'◡'●)
