I enjoyed it. However, I was hoping to learn more about the young boy with the scar on his face. I feel like all of the subplots wrapped up nicely except his and I was curious about him. I feel like MC was a bit too harsh towards him at the end...
This might be my favorite BL I’ve ever read (and I’ve read a lot). It’s really emotional and captivating. A lot of BL feels like a fantasy world where no one reacts negatively to same-sex relationships, which as a gay man feels far from reality. This story handles it in a much more raw, honest way and it really moved me.
If you’re wondering whether to read it: do it. It’s touching, funny, adorable, hot, and not dragged out.
